Would you be open to creating a webhook event for when a project is moved to another folder that will trigger a webhook to be sent.

I have a use case where I have a folder for clipped videos "to review", and once all the videos have been starred or disliked, I transfer them over to a folder "to download".

I would like it so that when I drop a project into that folder, it will automatically trigger another workflow via webhook to download it into my Notion database. (This would require you providing a webhook for when a project is moved to a specified folder ID)

Once it's been downloaded, I would like to use the API to move that project from one "to Download" folder to another "Done" folder.
